  • Troubleshooted issues that arose within each CMS

  • Helped users with password reset, HTML code errors, and document compatibility
  • Evaluated external code to make sure it was compatible with the CMS and then uploaded it using the HTML makeup of a page (see the bottom code on the Counseling page)
  • Created “How-To” PDF’s on Kentico (see How-To Upload Syllabi) and outside websites (see How-To Signup.com)

ACCESSIBILITY Diagnostics
  • Used Dinolytics (now Popetech) to evaluate the West Los Angeles College website on accessibility errors
  • Pinpointed issues and fixed them (reduced number or errors from thousands to now less than two)
  • Used Wave Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool to confirm fixed errors
  • Taught faculty and staff on how to edit and fix accessibility issues on their pages
